- Contract & billing: quotes, orders, invoices, payment status (no card details stored by us).

- Cookies/trackers: strictly necessary cookies; any optional analytics/measurement cookies only with your consent (see Cookies below).

Directly from you (forms, email, phone) and, if relevant, publicly available professional sources you share or authorize (e.g., links to plans).

- Contract & project files: duration of the contract + up to 5 years (claims limitation).
- Invoices & accounting records: 10 years (French legal requirement).
- Server logs: up to 12 months (security/diagnostics).
We may keep minimal proof beyond these periods where legally necessary.
6) Recipients & processors
We share data only as needed with:
- Service providers (processors): hosting, email, document storage, IT support (bound by confidentiality and data processing agreements).
- Professional partners: subcontractors/other trades strictly for your project and only with what’s necessary.
