  • Project & service data: site address, plans/photos you provide, technical specifications.
  • Contract & billing: quotes, orders, invoices, payment status (no card details stored by us).
  • Website usage (basic): server logs (IP, date/time, URL, user-agent) for security/maintenance.
  • Cookies/trackers: strictly necessary cookies; any optional analytics/measurement cookies only with your consent (see Cookies below).

3) Sources

Directly from you (forms, email, phone) and, if relevant, publicly available professional sources you share or authorize (e.g., links to plans).

5) Retention periods

  • Inquiries/quotes (no contract): up to 24 months.
  • Contract & project files: duration of the contract + up to 5 years (claims limitation).
  • Invoices & accounting records: 10 years (French legal requirement).
  • Server logs: up to 12 months (security/diagnostics).
    We may keep minimal proof beyond these periods where legally necessary.

6) Recipients & processors

We share data only as needed with:

  • Service providers (processors): hosting, email, document storage, IT support (bound by confidentiality and data processing agreements).
  • Professional partners: subcontractors/other trades strictly for your project and only with what’s necessary.
  • Authorities: when required by law or to protect our rights.

Our services target professionals and property managers. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

12) Automated decision-making

We do not use automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects.

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law or our services. The new version will be posted with a new “Last updated” date.
